If you would like to make a donation to help MANNA FROM HEAVEN tour the country, we thank you for your support. Funds will go to the film's advertising and marketing. (For example, a two inch ad in the paper typically costs approximately $1200. We run one or two very small ads per week, as opposed to the 12-24 inch ads every day from many films backed by studios.) Arts Council Promotes Local Filmmaking Efforts;
Supporters Can Receive Credit

The Arts Council in Buffalo and Erie County has established a fund through which supporters of MANNA FROM HEAVEN can help the efforts of Five Sisters Productions.

"We are excited by the idea of involving the community in a positive way that will have a lasting effect," said Maria Burton, who directed the film.

Individuals can make a tax-deductible donation of cash or stocks to "The Manna Fund" c/o The Arts Council, 700 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14202. In addition, with a donation of $250, individuals or businesses will be listed on the film's website as a "Cherub"; other angelic titles will be bestowed, depending upon the gift, of "Saintly Patron" ($500), "Angel" ($1000), "Archangel" ($2500), or "Seraphim" ($5000).

Set entirely in Buffalo, Manna From Heaven is an ensemble comedy written by award-winning author (and mother of the five sisters) Gabrielle Burton. As Buffalonians themselves, the five Burton sisters who make up Five Sisters Productions care deeply about their hometown; they want to help improve its national image while at the same time establishing the city as a viable destination for filmmakers.

Five Sisters Productions is an experienced company with an impressive track record, having already produced two other features, Just Friends and Temps. They continue to please their previous investors, many of whom have also invested in Manna From Heaven. They brought this expertise to Buffalo, where with the cooperation of Buffalo's business community and private citizens, they produced a high quality, entertaining and enriching motion picture.
