TEMPS CAST BIOS

Tim BohnTIM BOHN (Jonah) - In addition to playing Jonah in TEMPS, and appearing in another Five Sisters Productions feature, JUST FRIENDS, Tim has been seen in films including: Unconditional Love, Cherry, Take a Number, Sharon’s Secret, Naked Gun 33 1/3, and Dying Young. Tim has also appeared on the little screen in numerous commercials as well as on Law & Order, Lois & Clark, and Friends.

Gabrielle BurtonGABRIELLE C. BURTON (Allie). Gabrielle wrote, produced, and acted (Allie) in the feature comedy TEMPS. Most recently, Gabrielle has been traveling on the theatrical release of the indie grassroots success, MANNA FROM HEAVEN, which she directed with her sister Maria. She also co-produced the romantic comedy JUST FRIENDS. As an undergraduate at Harvard/Radcliffe, Gabrielle wrote and directed the full length plays SAGE AND TIME and CLUB VENUS at the ART’s Loeb Ex theater, and was featured on the Voice Of America program and in the Harvard CRIMSON as a talented young artist. She was awarded summa cum laude for her creative writing thesis "Where The Best Is Like The Worst." She was a work-study scholar at the Bread Loaf Writer’s Conference, and was invited back as staff. She worked on the television program LAW & ORDER, where she trailed two directors in their director training program. After an Isobel Briggs scholarship to study at Berklee College of Music, she won a Rotary Scholarship to study film at the Ecole Superieure d’Audio-Visuel in Toulouse, France, where she received a DEUP degree with High Honors for her work. SAGE AND TIME, one of the shorts she wrote and directed, was selected for the La Corrida International Film Festival in France. Gabrielle was invited as the opening night speaker to show MANNA FROM HEAVEN at La Corrida’s 10th film festival this year. She continues to act in films, plays, and commercials.
Ursula BurtonURSULA BURTON (Jane). Ursula graduated from Yale University with honors, earning degrees in both Theater Studies and English Language and Literature. Working on both coasts, her theater, film, and tv credits include Wanda in THE BABY DANCE, the title role in ANTIGONE, Nerrissa in THE MERCHANT OF VENICE, HEMINGWAY AND THE DOS PASSOS WARS, SAGE AND TIME, SGT. BILKO, CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD, MAFIA!, DEATH OF A SALESWOMAN, DIVINE SECRETS OF THE YA-YA SISTERHOOD, THE ELLEN SHOW, "THE PRACTICE," STRONG MEDICINE, and THE WEST WING. After producing and acting in the long running Los Angeles premiere of the musical, A...MY NAME IS ALICE, she founded FIVE SISTERS PRODUCTIONS with her sisters. Together they have produced three feature films (in which she has also appeared): JUST FRIENDS, TEMPS, and MANNA FROM HEAVEN. Most recently, she wrote, directed, and acted in the short satire, THE HAPPIEST DAY OF HIS LIFE. She is also currently developing a series of movies, which she will produce through FIVE SISTERS PRODUCTIONS.
Seymour CasselSEYMOUR CASSEL (Arthur) has worked in over 100 films. Cassel’s early career was highlighted by his Academy Award nomination and the National Critics Award as Best Supporting Actor in John Cassavetes’ “Faces.” His eight-picture association with Cassavetes led to a New York Film Critics Award for his starring role in “Minnie and Moskowitz” and an associate producer credit for “Shadows.” Cassel’s other film credits include Steve Buscemi’s “Trees Lounge,” Andrew Bergman’s “It Could Happen To You” and “Honeymoon in Vegas,” Adrian Lyne’s “Indecent Proposal,” Warren Beatty’s “Dick Tracy,” Randal Kleiser’s “White Fang,” Wes Anderson’s “The Royal Tenenbaums” and “Rushmore,” Billy Crystals “61*,” Jonathan Parker’s “Bartleby,” Graeme Clifford’s “The Last Don,” Barry Levinson’s “Tin Men,” Don Siegel’s “The Killers,” Dennis Hopper’s “Colors” and “Chasers,” and Alexandre Rockwell’s “In the Soup,” for which he won the first ever Special Outstanding Performance Award at the Sundance Film Festival. On television, Cassel has played recurring characters on HBO’s “Tracey Takes On,” and NBC’s “Matlock,” and he was a series regular on “Under Suspicion” and “Good Company.” In addition, he has appeared in “Boston Public,” “Arli$$,” “Chicago Hope,” and “Star Trek,” as well as in the made-for-television movies “Face of a Stranger,” “Dead in the Water,” “Beverly Hills Madam,” Nicholas Roegs’ “Sweet Bird of Youth,” and Don Siegel’s “I Want to Live” and “The Hanged Man.” Cassel will soon be seen on television as a recurring guest star on “Lucky” opposite John Corbett.
Robert PembertonROBERT PEMBERTON (Ben) - Robert has most recently played Tom in “Dinner” with friends at the Gloucester Stage. He has most also been seen at Lyric Stage as Ben Harcourt in Mercy Seat, Boston Theatre Works as Antonym in Antony and Cleopatra, at Stoneham Theatre as Kipps in The Woman in Black, at the Market Theatre in Shel’s Shorts, and at the Publick Theatre as Benedick in Much Ado About Nothing, for which he received the 2002 Eliot Norton Award. He has also been seen at the Huntington Theatre, North Shore Music Theatre, Merrimack Repertory, SpeakEasy Stage, Gloucester Stage, Worcester Foothills and Nora Theatre to name a few. Additionally, he in a cast member in the long running Shear Madness, at the Charles Playhouse. Robert’s most recent work in film includes playing the lead, Nate, in the multi-award winning By The Sea, which was also nominated for a Latin Oscar. He has also been seen in Treading Water, Boondock Satins, The Exchange, Gentleman from Boston, Temps, The Still Point, The New England Connection, as well as Anathema, which was recently shown in numerous festivals across the country. On the smaller screen, he can be seen on Another World, Guiding Light, Unsolved Mysteries, and in many local and national commercial spots. He also plays the recurring role as Anton Plotsky in the new Showtime series “Brotherhood.”
Katrina StevensKATRINA STEVENS (Georgia) – Katrina had leading roles in the independent films Chronos 5.0 and Drink Me. She also worked as a stunt double for Michelle Pfeiffer on Columbia Pictures’ Wolf. TV credits include the role of “Aggie Wainwright” opposite Gary Sinise in the American Playhouse production of The Grapes of Wrath, and One Life to Live. Stage credits include Mastergate, by Larry Gelbart on Broadway, as well as Ostrovsky’s The Storm in Moscow and King Lear in London. Katrina trained at Duke University and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts.
